（路透菲律賓納卯9日電）菲律賓納卯市長杜特蒂（Rodrigo Duterte）今天表示，如果他當選總統，將主張召開多邊會談，解決南海主權爭端，與會國家應該包括美國、日本和各主權聲索國。
杜特蒂也表示，中國大陸應該尊重菲律賓海岸外的專屬經濟海域，而且兩國與其相互對抗，不如合作以合資夥伴方式開發外海油氣。
他在南部城市納卯告訴記者：「我相信應該分享。」
